Was overly bored with it all. The kid delivers a nice performance. But overall, we have seen this "mean spirited" story told in a more entertaining and actually FUNNY way many times before. Everything about this movie is predictable and the payoff is not a payoff as well.
.. for, that is when it gets interesting and has so much more leverage. Yet, it ends right there-- like that. BLAH!!!!!!!!!!!
