Review of Bad Teacher (2011) by Ruhan R — 26 Feb 2012

Iâ(TM)ve never really had a deep appreciation for Cameron Diaz, but this was probably the best performance I've seen from her. Bad Teacher was a fun comedy that used a blend of outrageous and fish-out-of-water comedy styles in combination with some bright characters in an interesting setting.

Justin Timberlake was pretty funny as the oddball douchebag Scott Delacorte, and Jason Segel was pleasant in his role too. Lucy Punch was also good as the goodie-two-shoes and stereotypical middle school teacher.

This movie had some really funny scenes that cracked me up, which is essentially the main goal of a comedy film. However I was not laughing myself off of my seat, so I can't let the laughs give it a higher rating than it deserves.
