Review of Bad Teacher (2011) by Peter H — 02 May 2012

Bad Teacher despite of its awkward non funny moments, and when they were trying to be funny I laughed; because, how stupid some of those awkward moments were. The performance was alright nothing spectacular, Cameron Diaz love her or hate her, but sometimes she can put on a decent performance. I felt director Jake Kasdan wanted Cameron Diaz character to be dislikeable, but I found her to be rather funny at times, and I actually loved her bad ass, quirky character.

Overall Bad Teacher may have bad screenplay, not great direction, nor a concrete plot, but it is a raunchy comedy. That I felt I fairly liked it. And it had a heart-warming tone in the second half, so it wasn't always raunchy. Decent, but don't go in looking for a huge comedy.
