Cameron Diaz is the perfect gold digging b*tch in this, and the movie has some genuinely laugh out loud moments. It won't win any awards, and probably doesn't deserve to, but it's a nice antidote to all the 'inspirational teacher' movies it pays homage to (Stand and Deliver, Dangerous Minds, etc).
