A cheerfully gory and amatuerishly-produced film that is very similar to Evil Dead II, but without that film's Bruce Campbell and visual inventiveness. There is a lot of repetition in Bad Taste--good guys killing aliens (who look just like human men in blue shirts and jeans), with the only variation being the method a villain is gutted or dismembered.
Still, its more interesting than the Lord of Rings movies that the director would make 15 years later.
