Review of Bad Taste (1987) by Lindsay W — 13 Mar 2010
The epitome of a gross-out film, Bad Taste certainly has humor and the ending is priceless. There's no doubt the people involved had a fantastic time making this. Definitely worth a watch, if for nothing else than to see Peter Jackson at his beginning. While its low budget, insane plot, and vomit-inducing effects make it a movie I'd be hard pressed to say I loved, it gets funnier the more I think about it and Jackson and crew certainly made something memorable.
"They don't need a base. They could just beam themselves down from their spaceship.".
"Well maybe they haven't seen Star Trek, Ozzie.".
"They might have come in a telephone box.".
