Review of Bad Taste (1987) by Sean P — 02 Aug 2010
As a veteran viewer of many B Movies, I found this film better than most. The plot was unique, the camera work, special effects, music, and acting was better than I have seen in the average low budget flick.
You could see a great effort had been put into making it. When the aliens were finally revealed, I was impressed at how good the costumes were. Maybe I was a little biased trying to appreciate a film by the same man who gave us LOTR, or maybe I had finally found a gem among the really bad b movies out there.
Regardless, I can see how this is a cult classic.
