Jerry...this was peter jacksons first film it wasnt too great but had few memorable moments and thats where I give it 3 stars. But compared to some borefest movies out there I would rather watch this instead of lord of the rings.
In my opinion young peter jackson made more unique and ballsy films than now. Sure they are critically acclaimed but I dont feel anything for those films.
