Review of Bad Taste (1987) by Hayden W — 21 Apr 2012
Peter Jackson's first feature-length film, Bad Taste already feature the over-the-top gore and silly insanity that would make him (in)famous with the release of Dead Alive. Bad Taste follows the exploits of a group of crazy secret government assassins as they battle a race aliens who have come to Earth disguised as humans to capture humans as a food supply.
Featuring one splatterific scene after another and plunging from one weird non-sequitur to another, Bad Taste is cult horror cinema at its funniest and strangest.
