Billy Bob plays a alcoholic safe cracking thief that dresses up as santa so he can hide a midget inside a shopping mall to disable the alarms. Que Santa pissing himself and a strange relationship with an even stranger boy.
Its funny in all the right places and even has a bit of Christmas heart hidden under all that vulgarity.
