A pretty generic plot isn't made any better by a lack of laughs or characters worth caring about. Whereas the first seemed to have some charm and its vulgarity seemed natural, this one forces everything and just tries to be as gross as possible.

The human element is also lost, with the relationship between Billy Bob and the other characters set aside to spend more time on the film's pointless, crude jokes.
