Ronald Wilby is a socially awkward high school senior that lives with his divorced mom in an old Victorian mansion. While walking home from a friends house Ronald is teased by a girl. He tells her to say she is sorry and pushes her to the ground.

She hits the back of her head on a cement block and is killed instantly. Ronald faces the facts that he has just committed a murder and tells his mother. Fearing his life and future career as a doctor are in jeopardy, his mother plans to hide Ronald in a bathroom.

Ronald replaces the door with plywood and puts up new wallpaper so it looks as if nothing were there to begin with. She gives him his meals through a small door under the pantry. Police often visit the house but ronalds presence is kept secret.

One day Ronald's mother has an operation done on her gallbladder and never returns home. A few weeks later a new family moves in. Ronald drills holes into the walls in various parts of the house to spy on the family.

Ronald quickly takes a liking to one of the girls living in the house, her nickname is "Babs." Babs Often hears unexplainable noises but nobody thinks anything of it. Soon, food starts dissapearing and the family starts to get suspicious.

One day when the mother and father go an a trip, Babs is left at home by herself. Ronald confronts her in her room, telling her about his fantasies. Babs runs away and goes into a neighbors cellar. Ronald locks the cellar door and Babs is now trapped.

One of the sisters boyfriends is watching tv when Ronald comes up behind him and knocks him out. The girls realize that Babs and the girls boyfriend are missing. That night they hear a noise coming from downstairs.

One of the sisters sees a light on a cabinet. The light is coming from a peephole Ronald forgot to seal shut. She looks into the hole and sees Ronald's eye. The sisters let out a shriek of terror and Ronald jumps through the wall where the bathroom door once was.

He attempts to escape outside but is quickly apprehended by the police. The End.
