One of my all time favorite movies. Harvey Keitel's performance in "bad Lieutenant" rivals Sheen's in "Apocolypse Now", Deniro's in "Taxi Driver" and dare I say it, Pacino's in "Scarface".
Not sure why this movie has been slept on as one of of the all time greatest dark crime dramas, but believe me when I say, "Yes, it is that good.".
