Review of Bad Lieutenant (1992) by Liam B — 30 Mar 2009
Cheap and it looks it, to the point of distraction at times. Harvey Keitel is great about 25% of the time. He spends too much time emoting or completely and utterly stone faced. There's very little balance to his work, as can be said for the movie.
It's all extremes, but to the point of absurdity and simplicity.
