A fascinating and dark portrait of one of the most self-destructive characters ever put to the screen. I feel this is a movie I will have to rewatch to fully appreciate, but I can say that Harvey Keitel is absolutely phenomenal in this movie and that more than made this harsh and dark film worth watching.
