I basically saw the movie on a whim, there was a matinée one afternoon and I had nothing better to do so I went knowing nothing about it. Outstanding, one of the best gay movies I've ever seen (which is not saying too terribly much).
The shock, disgust, terror and intensity only increase as the movie goes on, fantastically dark and unforgiving in its honesty, highly recommended.
