Review of Bad Company (2002) by Mark B — 26 Apr 2010
Anthony Hopkins and Chris Rock team up in this action film inside of the CIA. Whenever his unknown twin brother dies in a mission, the CIA tracks down his twin brother that was seperated from him at birth to try and take his place.
Jake Hayes (Rock) is a hustler who scalps tickets for a living. After a high price bidding, Agent Oakes (Hopkins) and the CIA get him onboard. After unsuccessful attempts, Hayes is finally ready to act as his brother.
They fly out to Prague to try and recover the bomb from the Russian Mafia. Rival buyers of the bomb begin to try and kill Hayes and his girlfriend from back home becomes bait to lure him into setting up the bomb.
However Hayes and Oakes plan to detinate the bomb and hope to make it out alive. A very thrilling adventure with great comedy thrown into it at parts. Hopkins and Rock make a very interesting and likable team.
