Review of Bad Boys II (2003) by Cristian R — 09 Sep 2010
A not-so-funny buddy cop film sequel to his predecessor. Racial slurs, amateur acting, and explosions back and forth. Michael Bay has disappointed me with Pearl Harbor but after I saw the first Bad Boys, I was kinda excited for a sequel.
When I saw Bad Boys 2, :(. There are a few non-necessary racism scenes, including the boyfriend at the door scene and the KKK opening. Just stupid. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence thought they could get away with this film, but its easy to catch the poor acting.
Explosions, too many explosions do not represent the realism of handling "police business". The plot is just not for me, two grown police men arguing for two hours is a waste of time.
