If all we had were the action sequences this wouldn't be too bad. Amazingly enough, Bay does a great job of directing when he doesn't rely so heavily on crappy CGI. There are two or three really funny scenes as well.
But overall Smith and Lawrence are just too annoying to have to deal with together.
