Locked away in a room for his entire life with only with mother and a cat for company. Mentally ill, seeming to have a child-like state, he is both sexually and mentally abused by his mother. Then one day his father or "Pop" comes home.
This is where the fun begins, and we follow Bubby on a wild adventure, stumbling from one situation to the next.
