Review of Bad Boy Bubby (1993) by Felicity B — 01 Mar 2009
I really liked this movie. It's not for the timid. Very bizarre and quite disturbing. It's a very Australian take on mental illness, forced ignorance and a nauseatingly disfunctional family. The central charachter Bubby is vulnerable and very likeable charachter.
You see him escape his 'prison' and it's a hell of a journey as he finds his place in the 'real world'.
