Wow. This is probably the best Australian film I've seen so far. There is a bit too much grit for the sake of being gritty or shocking. It's almost the same story as Forest Gump, but lacking in pop-culture commercials, (Forest Gump seemed to be more about how many fads and pop culture blips they could bloop, rather than actually exploring the character.
) We learn a lot about Bubby's world.
