Review of Bad Blood: The Movie (2017) by Andrea T — 11 Oct 2017
Creatures in the darkness lurking in a suburban town, teenagers going missing and strange events in the mists of the night. This dark, small town setting coincides with similar elements of old Hollywood monster-style movies with a monster attacking and beheading townies.
It's a trip down memory lane and reminds me of films like CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON - a timeless tale. The modern twist makes it original and the fresh talent gives the movie a realistic feeling.
Werewolf elements come in with the aspect of the lunar eclipse and how the main character transforms into a bloodthirsty monster. My favorite detail of the film was the sound eerie ribbits in the background during the massacre! Perfect watch for Halloween season and for a monster movie marathon.
