Review of Backdraft (1991) by Alex K — 14 Nov 2013
One of Ron Howard's better (but not the best) films. It started getting "Silence of the Lambs-y" with that scene between Donald Sutherland's arsonistic character Ronald and William Baldwin's Brian, with the exchange of information bit and interrogating an arsonist to get into the mind of another arsonist.
Remember loving this movie as a kid, even though I don't ever recall seeing this movie. I guess it was because I had a Backdraft fire engine Snap-Tite(?) model.
