For an action film that exceeds 2 hours, there's far too much emphasis on sibling bickering and not enough on the part of the plot that's actually interesting; Donald Sutherland as a crazy serial arsonist.
Also, exceptional special effects? Really? Does that include the scenes where the footage of fire is clearly being played in reverse?
