Review of Backcountry (2015) by Grey S — 05 Mar 2016

Backcountry made me intense after watching it this evening and reminding us how important it is to be prepared out in near isolation! The film has balanced pacing while building tension among the characters.

Since the film is loosely based on a true story, I understand the inaccuracies Backcountry may carry. Lastly, our protagonist couple have some ironic traits to them which did not make a whole lot of sense to me.

Besides their slight odd characteristics that would make sense to the films theme, The actors were great and the film was shot beautifully.
