Review of Back to the Future Part III (1990) by Chris B — 16 Jan 2014
Not as entertaining or exciting as the first film or it's sequel, Back to the Future Part III is a more routine comedy/adventure film with a little time traveling thrown in for good measure. Doc falls in love in the Old West, where the majority of the film takes place and Marty McFly get's to enact out famous lines and scenes from Clint Eastwood's repetoire before they are actually made and finally comes to some character defining changes for the better.
The DeLorean is unfortunately destroyed but Doc shortly after appears in a steam-powered time traveling train with his now wife and two children to say goodbye to Marty and let him know they are okay before flying off to live their lives, having already "Been back to the future".
Marty knows a little of what is to come to say the least, but he and his girlfriend now can simply live their lives and watch it unfold more normally and for the better.
