Review of Back to the Future Part III (1990) by David P — 31 Aug 2014
Third part of the greatest movie ever. I don't know what it is, but the fun of time travel with great characters, great plot, great story, great acting, phenomenal execution of it all, just makes this franchise work so well.
I love it. This one the weaker of the series is an understatement. It does really well in the grand scheme of things. It's fun and engaging st the beginning and the very end. The middle of the film and particular the whole romantic affair between Doc and Clara kind of take away of the film and draw it out a little too much for my liking.
As I said, I can't get enough of this series and wish would it never end. Part of me hopes now that Michael J. Fox is no longer retired from acting that he might consider making a 4th film and more.
I have long thought films, if done right make a lot more money than some major corporations. A lot of money could be made from a Back to the Future Part IV and would be nice to see that money go to Michael J.
Fox's Parkinson's Research Foundation. I have never seen a film made for charity, but it would be a nice idea, especially knowing how much money they make. It could be a great way for venturing artists to start out, work volunteer for the name recognition under the supervision of Bob Gale, Bob Zemeckis, and Steven Spielberg.
Great way to work together to find a cure for Parkinsons' Disease and help giving wannabe talented directors, writers, etc. a chance to make a great film and get some notoriety for it.
