Review of Back to the Future Part III (1990) by Robert P — 14 Aug 2017
I'd say this has the most absurd stuff of the three (ex. how can Doc build a locomotive time machine when he's stuck in 1885), but this one regains what made the first great and what was lacking in the second.
I like how Marty uses Clint Eastwood's name when he's in 1885 and kinda makes Eastwood famous a little earlier. it still has a good plot, but how it gets set up is a little far-fetched (who would even bother to hold a letter for 70 years, or wouldn't someone get curious and try to open it) but it still does have a good plot going on, and every other absurdity is forgivable.
a great ride, even if it isn't the first.
