This edition was by far the seediest of the Back to the Future trilogy. Marty and Doc's mission to get the sports almanac was sort of simple and could have used more character involvement, as found in the first and second installments.
Of note - even in 2012, it still seems as ridiculous as ever that the Cubs would win the World Series.
