Con la dificil tarea de enfrentarse a su predecesora, inevitablemente, sale muy mal parada. Cuando se ve segun avanza el tiempo, la parte del futuro parece un corto de aficionados, cutre incluso, y aunque la historia no es tan grandiosa como la primera parte, puede verse y disfrutarse sobre todo por su vuelta a los años 50.
