Back to the Future is fun, original and a well-made scienction fiction/action/comedy film with a spirit of it's own and a firm understanding of self-realization of what is sets out to do. Michael J.
Fox as the teenage protagonist and his partner and mentor Doc set out on a quest to observe the past and see man's greatest events, which of course goes awry. They then are in a constant race to fix what they have affected and set things right again so that the future isn't destroyed or set off on a completely alternate course.
The film's special effects are certainly dated by today's standards but the characters and originality are steadfast and enduring, even in this future!
