Review of Back to the Future (1985) by Dan I — 15 Sep 2015
There's something about the films of this era that made them so endearing that they seem untouchable. Whatever chord the Baby Boomer writer managed to strike was a timeless one and we as moviegoers were blessed with films like this one.
At it's core it's a simple story about a teen and his family, but the window dressings around that make it one of the most interesting and fun films of the last half century. Lighthearted and resonant, one of the best film ever made.
