Review of Back to School (1986) by Bill T — 13 Nov 2012
Weird 80's comedy that SHOULDN'T work, but it does because of the charm of Dangerfield just having a ball being transplanted into a 80's teen comedy. Dangerfield plays the owner of a chain of stout man's stores who decides on a whim to join his son in college to help him out in any way he can.
Not the best plot, but Dangerfueld draws us in, even though Robert Downey Jr. is here in god knows what outfit (and drug he was on at the time) wasting screen time.
