Review of Bachelor Mother (1939) by Jess L — 25 Mar 2008
This is a must see in my book. A delightful romantic comedy from 1939 that is so perfectly crafted it's quite a mini masterpiece to me. The comedic timing is spot on and the unlikely relationship between Rogers and Niven is charming.
It's hard to wipe the smile off your face while watching this, yes it's a fluff movie but a throughly enjoyable one.
