Actually much better than I exected for a low budget film. Of course as is the case in most horror fls , there are the predictable scenes but for the most part it is a very good movie (as low budget movies go).

I was really not expecting much especially after viewing the shorts of some of the other movies produced by the film company which really look low budget. If you're in the mood for a horror and want to stray a bit from the commetcially known companies then this is a good choice.

Acting was good and the plt was okay too.
