Not as bad as you might think, but still a bad movie. It's full of plot holes, and the action sequences are poorly done. You can barely see what is happening during the action sequences.
The acting isn't horrible, but it isn't good either. This is mostly because of the poor script, as some of the lines are pretty laughable. I wouldn't recommend this film unless you are a huge Vin Diesel fan.
