Big screen shenanigans set against the backdrop of late 1920's Hollywood as they moved away from "silent" movies to talkies. Great cast. Tremendous set pieces/choreography. It loses it's way in the last 45 minutes.
It's a trainwreck, but one hell of a train wreck.
