Damien Chazelle's mission with Babylon is simple. Being a love letter and a hate letter to Hollywood at the same time, Babylon shows us an overly ambitious script and a strange direction but with a fierce and brilliant cast, a magnificent production design, great costumes and makeup and Hurwitz brings us what It could be his best score of his career.
