I went to see this movie only because of the high ratings, and boy was I disappointed. Sure, the car chases were impressive, but lots of movies have car chases. And the appearances of Jon Hamm and Jamie Fox did nothing to save a very thin plot.
Kevin Spacey gave his usual good performance, but you never really got a handle on him. One of the professional raters wrote that "this is the most fun you will have at the movies this summer." Well if that's true, I won't be having much fun at the movies this summer.
