Review of Baby Driver (2017) by Cheryl K — 06 Jul 2017
When I hear the phrase "car crashes" in relation to a movie, I cross it off my list. But this morning when NPR gave "Baby Driver" a good review, I decided to chance it, and I'm so glad that I did! It is an astounding movie, and as NPR noted, the action scenes are choreographed to music.
That's what initially intrigued me about the movie. It's exciting from beginning to end, and despite all of the violence, it ends on a truly happy note. And Kevin Spacey is always great, one of my all-time favorite actors.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all ages (not just older teenagers and young adults).
