Brad Pitt, Rinko Kikuchi, and Adriana Barraza are standouts in Alejandro González Iñárritu's interwoven tale that explores culture, fear, accident, love. tragedy, and how a disconnected world is more connected than some might believe.
Rinko Kikuchi is particularly devastating as a deaf and misunderstood Japanese teen struggling to keep her life together after the suicide of her mother.
