Review of Babe: Pig in the City (1998) by Tyler H — 17 Mar 2013

I don't think this movie was better then the first, Babe movie, but I still don't understand why people hate on this film so much, honestly it's not that bad. I find this movie very underrated, no I don't think this movie is perfect by no means, but it should get more appreciation.

Again, the reason I'm not giving this film a super high rating is because I hate movies with talking animals, but truthfully this film and the first Babe film are the best animal talking movies I have seen.

I think the reason why people don't like this movie is because it's much darker and that is true this film is pretty dark at times and some kids might not like that and since there the target audience, this movie gets a lot hate for making it that dark.

Honestly, I don't think this movie was meant for young kids, I think this movie was meant for older kids who can handle a darker story and more mature jokes. I know a few adults who do like this movie, so I guess adults are suppose to enjoy this movie more than kids, I guess that's why this movie is underrated.

I, for one think this movie is pretty good, nothing really special, but still enjoyable for a one time watch.
