Review of Away We Go (2009) by Ricardo M — 12 Dec 2010
Very good movie, the 2 main characters I thought were very well developed, and had amazing chemistry. All of the moments between them are sweet, sometimes even dorky, without being overly clichà (C) or forced.
It also makes you understand the importance of having the perfect place for your family, and that it changes with who you are. The supporting characters are almost always funny and their often exagerated mannerisms and personalities help bring to mind the kind of problems that can turn up for your family as time passes by.
And the opening scene is just a brilliant way to introduce a pregnancy. Kudos to you, Sam.
