Review of Away from Her (2007) by Seher K — 14 Jul 2008
Was an amazing, very human portrayal of alzeimers affecting a dynamic, intelligent, witty couple who are retired but still very youthful in their spirit and active in sports and other areas of life. It transcends age gaps so that an audience regardless how old feels the very real possibilty of relating to the situation in the not so distant future at the rate the disease has spread.
The film is both enjoyable and sad, interesting and consolidating.
