" I WANT YOU TO MAKE LOVE TO ME AND THEN GO"...a powerful, emotionally stirring look at the reality of ALZHEIMERS DISEASE. julie christie gives an outstanding performance as the woman losing her memory and the life she has known with her husband of 44 yrs.
...not a perfect marriage as you will see as she brings up the past fom time to time & this causes them both a great deal of pain...the love her husband has for her is immense & he does not want to be `away from her` even when she goes into a clinic that can offer 24hr care for this disease.
..her husband also shows great restraint when she finds solace with another man...her husband just wants her to be happy...a fantastic cast and brilliant performances.....beautifully directed by a young canadian actress & filmed in ontario, I believe.
...a MUST SEE movie, we can never predict our future......luv the neil young track `HARVEST MOON`.....
