Review of Away from Her (2007) by Wil C — 25 Jun 2009
This is a tough film to watch, but it keeps you glued throughout and manages to bring forth a tear at least twice. It's a horribly clear view of the pains of disease upon both sufferer and witness, and manages to create a sense of ambience through fantastic performances.
Heartbreakingly poignant.
