Emotional, moving, miraculousâ¦â¦.
Released by Columbia Pictures in December 1990, Awakenings is produced and directed by Penny Marshall. Using new drugs on catatonic patients, they have some periods of awakening. The moral could be that, taken for granted, simple things are the most important facts of life.
I really enjoyed the performance of the main character and how the score boosted the emotional scenes. You should watch this film before you die, it will bring you some great human feelings.
