Review of Awake (2007) by Nenny S — 20 Jul 2009
Hayden Christensen stars as a young wealthy man who needs a heart transplant. Before he gets it, he marries the girl of his dreams (Jessica Alba) . He also has his surgeon friend (Terrence Howard) agree to be the one to do it.
But while undergoing surgery Christensen can still hear and he learns who he can trust and who he can't trust. The movie is silly but it also keeps your attention and it has some good twists and turns. I never really knew where it was headed and I liked it for that. It's not the best movie but it's gripping at least.
