Review of Awake (2007) by Steve O — 13 Aug 2009

I really looked forward to watching this movie because of the premise...not really being under while undergoing surgery. Although it sounded interesting, I had my doubts as to whether the premise was one that could be made into a full-length feature.

..a documentary for sure...but a feature? About half way thru the movie, I felt my doubts were justified...that is until all the crazy twists and turns kicked-in. I love twists...especially ones that I don't suspect are coming.

..and this movie had plenty of them.
